Surprise your favorite graduate with a special message in the Memory Book. Graduates will receive the books at the party.
To submit a message for the Memory Book, download, print and return the Memory Book form. (The form may be saved directly to your downloads folder.) It includes a square which you can fill in with a message, photo, or drawing. Send an individual message or work as a group and fill the box with many messages.
- Please do not go outside the box.
- Your message will appear as submitted: it is not retyped.
- Please return one form for each square you would like to include in the Memory Book.
Cost: Return your sheet(s) with a check for $5.00 for 1 square, or $10.00 for 2 squares. Proceeds will help defray the cost of the party. Make check payable to "BHS Post Grad Party." Mail form and check by May 21 to:
